CASE COMMENT- K.M SANKARANA VS. THE DISTRICT COLLECTOR

This paper deals with the profound case study analysis of the case K.M. Sankaran Vs. The District Collector, Coimbatore, and others. And this case law is based on Contracts of Agency wherein it focuses on the relationship between agent and principal and where the obligation of agent and principal arises when there is an issue challenged by the third parties before the court of law. This paper also emphasizes on the liability of agent. This paper will cover the background of the case along with the case facts and it will discuss the detailed issues involved in the case and also the judgement passed by the bench followed by the analysis and conclusion.
