ABSTRACT The Present paper is on the case of Samir Agrawal v. Competition Commission of India and Others. The author through this paper wrote about the submissions made by the aggrieved party before the court and the findings based on the submission by the Court. The Authors in this paper explains about the chronology of the cases which are being followed starting from the original case filed before the Competition Commission of India and thereafter, an appeal before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the Apex Court.
