Justice Delivery System During Covid-19

The paper usually begins with describing the importance of justice enshrined in the constitution of India. It also gives a brief definition of justice delivery system along with the justice system during the COVID era and use of virtual courts and e-filing which have taken a completely different mode during COVID-19. The paper also discusses whether the court is a place or a service. The challenge which the judiciary system is facing during the pandemic is also reflected along with various suggestions to tackle the situation well. The paper ends with the conclusion stating how the suggestions can help in making better use of ‘virtual courts’ and ineffective justice delivery system.
